Theresa is a Colorado native and has lived in Pueblo since 1997.  Theresa has her B.A. in English and is currently working on her M.A. in Public Relations and Marketing.  For the last two years, Theresa has specialized in both residential and vacant land properties.  Theresa is a strong negotiator and prides herself in providing superb customer service.  In her spare time, Theresa enjoys camping, swimming, sledding and other special adventures spent with her husband, three daughters and son.

I am writing to share some happy news with you. I have just recently begun my third year as a Realtor.  When I first received my license I decided to join the most innovative and well-regarded real estate firm in our area, ERA Werner Realty, Inc.  Since then, we have switched locations and reorganized the structure of our business.  In just one short year, ERA Werner Realty, Inc. has doubled the number of agents currently working here, despite what some may call a down-turn.  ERA Werner Realty, Inc. also has the highest average listings per agent compared to any other office in Pueblo and Pueblo West.  There are so many other positive attributes to working here at ERA Werner Realty, Inc., but three years later I am still confident that I made the right choice.  I couldn’t ask for better training, national resources and technological marketing as well as the full support of a fine team.  So please, celebrate with me as I strive to reach new goals in my real estate career.  My success is only as good as those around me who trust in me to work for them and those they know.  If you are interested in buying and selling now or in the future, call on me.  If you know someone that is looking to buy or sell now or in the future, tell them to call on me.  I am ready and eager to help you or anyone you know.  Thanks for continuing to support me as I build on new accomplishments in my career.
